The owner helped me a lot. Having a handy kitchenette was an advantage.

This modern and comfortable studio in a central location provided a great stay. The design was beautiful and the view of the church was stunning. The efficient heating and ample warm water made visiting Barcelona in winter a breeze. The area was lovely, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and small shops around. The towel and garbage service every second day was a nice touch.

The only minor issue was the very small size of the wash-basin in the bathroom. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and small, and the bedside lamps were not working.

Easy check-in & late check-out. Helpful stuff & lots of activities. The location was brilliant, not too far away from a gaudí-designed family mansion.

We had a quite comfortable stay in Barcelona very close to all major sights, shops and restaurants and the old centre of Barcelona. The bed was comfortable, hardly wanted to go outside...

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. We were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to rely on public transportation. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The staff were also very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit.

That the address provided was a bit difficult to find initially, which caused us some confusion and wasted time. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room automatically switched off every two hours, which made it uncomfortable at night when the room became stuffy.

It was located in a lovely area short walk to lovely bars and places to eat, Staff where incredibly friendly and efficient, I loved them all, nothing to complain about.

Nothing to mention. It met needs well.

This place has an amazing location, as it's very close to the Picasso Museum and many other tourist attractions.

The property was located in the lively Borne area, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and artisan shops. The modern apartment had a comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and all the conveniences, including a washer/dryer and free WiFi.

Oh, and did I mention the delightful sound of construction work right outside my window? So relaxing!

The value for money was exceptional, with top-notch amenities and a comfortable room. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Gothic quarter with breathtaking views of the Santa Maria Del Mar. The staff, especially Teresa and Santiago, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Breakfast delights, but a bit more variety would have made it even better.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in the heart of El Born in Barcelona. The communication from Josè Marìa, the host, was excellent from the start. He provided great recommendations for local restaurants and cafes, and made us feel very welcome. The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to La Rambla and the hop-on hop-off bus. The apartment itself was modern and well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen and free laundry facilities. The security was top-notch, with passcode doors and a secure elevator. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Barcelona.

The location of Best House Best Place was absolutely perfect for exploring the lively old town/Born area of Barcelona. We loved being on a quieter side street but still close to all the action. The apartment itself was well-furnished and equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the unique piano-hammer-based lamp. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. our stay was exceptional and we can't wait to come back to Barcelona and stay at Best House Best Place again.

The location of this accommodation was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy all the sights. We were just a short walk away from the beach and had convenient access to the metro and bus stops. the apartment was bright and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved throwing open the balcony doors and taking in the views of the surrounding area and the vibrant sounds of the city.

One small drawback was the cramped bathroom, with a narrow sink and a shelf located above the toilet, which made it a bit inconvenient. the apartment wasn't very soundproof, and we could sometimes hear noise from the upstairs apartment.
